Outdated contact details are the most common cause of account access problems. Update them promptly via Account Settings whenever your email or Philippine mobile number changes.

The jilbet name, logo, and brand marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of jilbet.
jilbet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilbet platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any jilbet content; reverse engineer or decompile any part of the jilbet platform; or use jilbet's trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

Following closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any amounts subject to pending investigation) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within 5–10 business days. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, subject to the dispute resolution procedure below.
In the event of any dispute between you and jilbet, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through jilbet's internal dispute resolution process. To raise a dispute, contact jilbet support in writing at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. jilbet will acknowledge your dispute within 2 business days and endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through this process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email to the registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the jilbet platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the jilbet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
